Does anyone know if there is a LFS in the Houston area that will pay cash for your fish or are they all giving credit only.

Ya, Just wandering. I have a bunch of Yellow labs that I would like a few Dollars out of, but the first batch will not be ready until mid July. If I can't find a shop I may be posting them on here soon.

armthehomeless used to sell them on here for a dollar an inch. he made some money and people got nice fish for a good deal. this would be a good way to make money and to meet other members.

If ur going to sell to stores theres a few things i know first had from.
          1. Most will only give u store credit. Why, cause they want you to spend the money back in their shop.
          2. Dont expect to get a lot per fish, cause their going to turn around and do a ridiculous mark up on it.
          3. It helps to sell if ur fish in a bag bucket or whatever look better then the ones their selling!

Thanks for the reply guys. That's pretty much what I was expecting. Listen I'm not looking to get rich off of these fish, However I would like to cover the expenses it took to bring these fish to market. This is not a new hobby for me at all but breeding fish is. I have grown from 1 tank to 7 tanks just for breeding and grow out. So I do plan to have a good number of fish available soon at a vary fair price. Currently I have about 50 yellow lab cichlids, ranging from 2 months old to 2 weeks old. I am also planning on adding a few more types of fish, but like I said I do it because I love it and there is a little challenge there as well. Thanks for the replies.
