Source for VeilTail Angels?

Anyone know where i might find these guys? I know they come and go at various shops but if you happen to know.. there was a shop beyond Tomball right off the pkway i thought was called "fish haven" but can't find reference to it now.

my petco (sugarland) carries them, I have 4 right now, about dime sized. pretty tho.
