Angels, what to place with them.

so i removed all my labs from the 29g and i only have my 2 angels with 2 plecos.

i wanted to leave it as their tank only to see if they would breed but the boss said no, add stuff to look better. i redo the scape it looks ok not fancy but looks good. so i know that angels and neon tetras can get along so i tho why not place my endlers with them. as i pour 30 endlers into the tank the angels went at them as if they were food. i think i lost like 4 as the Angels eat them good. between screams and seen the angels i had to catch them back. so the question here is what can i place there but i still want the angels to be the main attraction. with out spending much money as this will not be my main show tank. i know i can add some apistos, geos, but i want something small and colorfull, yet not so small to be eaten.

Rummynose tetras are nice.

We've had my son's 13 GloFish (11 danio & 2 tetra) with our Hell's Angels for about a month and a half now without any losses. They add color and are fast enough that the angels don't have time to plot an assassination. Before that they took out 2 plecos & 3 corys.

R. that was too funny... Told My angels love to eat endlers. Did you think I would Lie to you? Geo.would be a bad choise they get to big for a 30g tank. You could do mico geophagus.
IMO. Neon tetra give the color you want but try something new go get 4 female battas. you have lots of colors to choose from and they are cool. you will need to add them all at the same time.

Rams and longfin Leopard Danio's are a nice choice. My Leopard Danio's are a nice yellowish color which looks great with their longer fins.
Have NEVER had any issues between my Angels and Danio's but have had minor issues between my Rams and the Angels, though only when the Angels spawn.

welll i am not worried about the spawn section as the male likes to eat the eggs. i got home friday saw them spawning and once they finish with in 10 mins he started eating them. the female kick his *** but that still didnt stop him. and me not havent an extra establish tank had to watch. so i have given up on the angel breeding section. now my endlers thats another story. lol

Rams are great little fish. A much better choice then the labs you had.
I have a breeding group of Rams. I love them... They do great with angels...

well i liked the labs. but i had to get them out. they were growing alot and they were scare of the angels.

Rummynose tetras, neon tetras, cardinal tetras, Galaxy Rasbora, Rams, Sailfin Mollies, Corry cat fish, etc
