I'd stay away from the cory cats and mollies. Personally I don't like the cats unless it's the nicer ones and in a different setup. The rams sound nice. There was a member on here selling the electric and gold ones for a lot cheaper than local LFS and are the much cooler looking ones

apistogramma, microgeophagus (rams), and most south american tetras will be fine. very large adult scalare angels can eventually take the cardinal / neon / rummynose tetras but thats just a chance and not a rule. larger tetras of the Hyphessobrycon genus like lemon, phantom, and black neon will get too large to eat. i love emperor tetras but if you are looking for an inexpensive fish then these may not be what you want. microrasboraras are out and i think most small danios would be at risk. i personally like cories like sterbai and have had no problem with them when housed with angels...but angels have different personalities among members. livebearers typically appreciate hard water so i wouldnt keep them with angels. most barbs are out since they are often fin nippers. softwater anabantid fishes like female betta are a nice idea but some gouramis will have aggression issues with angels.75G Standard - High Light Planted Community Fish
28G Aquapod - Medium Light Planted Shrimp & Microrasboras
12G Eclipse - Bonsai Planted Betta & Shrimp
29G Standard - Vivarium w/ Red Devil Crabs
45G Exo-Terra - Terrarium w/ Hermit Crabs (in progress)
33G Cubish - Vivarium w/ D.auratus 'blue & bronze'

tetras always look better in a school IMO, lemons are too understated in a small group plus interschooling competition makes them color up. good idea to plan ahead, impulse buying in the LFS never works out well in the long run. be aware that ram males may fight in a 29 gallon, try to get 1 or 2 and twice as many females if you have the room. that plus the angels and pleco would probably be close to a full stocking level in a 29.75G Standard - High Light Planted Community Fish

yeah space is the next issue thats why i wanted not so small fish. i may get a pair or 2 of apistos or maybe 6 rams and that would be it. maybe a couple of the tetras to get more action i think my male angel may be the size of my palm75g Tank,
