I've heard nothing but good things about rapashy foods. HAW is Houston aquarium warehouse. Not a lot of people know about it since it's pretty hidden. There are banner ads on the forum that advertise their website. You could also post on the HAW retailer section of the forum. Murray usually checks in and will reply to your post. I think he's John the owner.

This stuff is pretty good! It smells absolutely terrible when you heat it up and mix it. My fish were all over it. It lasts up to 2 weeks in your fridge. A little goes a long way, If you don't have alot of fish to feed use a 1/4 package to start with. Go to youtube and check it out. Great videos there of what you can do with it.

there are a few different "flavors" available depending on what type of fish you are feeding. community plus, soilent green, shrimp souffle, meat pie, spawn and grow, and super green. i've tried meat pie on mine and they love it! mistahoo is correct, come by when you have time and try for yourself!

I've used Soilent Green, Shrimp Souffle and Community Plus. All were a big hit with my fish and inverts.

I just hydrated a stinky batch of shrimp souffle that I picked up at HAW. Judging by the ingredient list, this stuff is legit. It's supposed to be horsemeat-free.

Edit: My shrimp gave it an enthusiastic 20-legs-up

I've never used the fish food, but I do use it for many other pets. I use the calcium powder, fruit fly media, and crested gecko food. All really quality products! !
