I use safe and it's very cost effective. Sunny was the one who got me using it. I normally drain my tank 95% then add water and immediately add half of the treatment. When tank is half full I add the rest and never have problems. Does dissolve in the water.210gPetrochromis Macrognatus Green 'Nsumbu
125g Mdoka White Lip

amquel. I like the fact that it also detoxifies nitrate. always thought that was the whole point of changing water. it lasts me a long time for the price, and although it is smelly, it seems to dissipate quickly. question, does safe have a odor?my fish house:

6g eclipse- yellow shrimp, chili rasboras, yellow apple snails
29g- geo grow-out, angels, 12"fire eel, dwarf frog, apple snails
45g- jade sleeper gobies, native killifish, feeder endlers
75g- 2 oscars, parrot, silver dollars, albino channel cat, syno euptera, bichir, baby jaguar, convicts, yabby
125g- fahaka puffer, rainbow shark
and about a dozen bettas....
