Both jason and alex have some giraffe cats. I plan on getting one the next day Ihave off work(which may be 2 weeks at current pace). Alex has an awesome river giraffe in one of his show tanks right now that I really want, but its not for sale.
Yeah!! I've seen that one. That's what made me want a giraffe cat in the first place. It's a really neat store, kinda pricey, but I still like it. Plus every time I've been in there, the staff have been really nice and spent time talking with me about what I was looking at.

I'd actually go for a lake giraffe cat. It's a bit more expensive, but more rare, different color pattern and they don't get quite as large as the river giraffe's. Ask Alex about them.
i must have it backwards then. I thought the river was the expensive one. The one I like is the more expensive one(go figure), like you said it has a pattern that looks better imo.

ya Brown told me that. Only issue with that is that I dont have time drive to dallas. I barely get enough time to go to Fish R Us or Ultimate fish. Have not had a chance to go to an LFS since I bought my tank.
Besides, Since my fry are from cali it will be easy for me to get an alpha male in the future without fear of cross breeding.
