eurobrace tank tops

i am thinking of getting 2 braces for my 220g so then i can put 3 set of glass tops on top

the tank is 72x24x30
and the brace is wraped around the tank at the top

should i silicone down the new braces or just place them ontop the plastic that is already on the brace and then just set the glass tops on top

i am getting worried of my fronts jumping out so just taking a precaution
what do u think?

I have it right now but don't want the water to evap so fast and think the glass tops will do a better job keeping the mositure in the tank so I can add more leds

So it's not the fish jumping out that you're worried about. It's the water evaporation. You can add more LEDs now cause to me LEDs doesn't really make the water evap much.

yea i am getting my measurements for my glass tops today so i can send them to fshfrk but should i have the glass tops in 2 sections or split it into 3 glasstop sets

I think 2 would be cheaper

so get one additional brace or center glass and then 2 large glass tops and 2 smaller ones for the front ?
