    Just to clarify something, isnt this type of system how most fish stores run all there tanks.  I know its on a much larger scale, but isnt it the same setup.

      Most of the LFS do use a wet/dry system or a drip system. Some use both

        what is a drip system?

        Doesnt Jason at Fish R Us use soem kind of large wet/dry system.  I know all of his tanks are drilled and each row appears to drain into the same place.

          IM not sure of fish r us as i never get that far out.
          A drip system is a constant water drip into the tank with a return pipe
