I set up my 65g last night and had the python resting against the rock as I was filling the tank and a milky white substance came out.
A little background...about 2 weeks ago I bleached the rocks 1/10 bleach to water ratio. They sat in that solution for one day and have been sitting in clean water since, which I changed out every couple of days. Before putting the rocks in the tank I also sprayed them with the hose on "jet."
I wondered if this was normal for that kind of rock. I emptied the tank back out and refilled it with the python hitting the wood instead of the rock and I didn't get the milky white stuff. I was thinking maybe it was the water pressure making rock debris come out?
I've never used holey rock, so I wasn't too sure on how it reacts, etc.
