I've found that it's harder to re-home larger silver dollars. Nobody can house them and if they can, they don't want to. I had some trouble trying to re-home my 3" ones.
Fish Gallery is selling plain red hook silver dollars right now, large ones, for like 30 bucks each. You should be able to get some store credit. The other variants are more welcomed usually.
As far as cool tankmates for them, Doradids, Pimelods, larger banjos, any of the larger tetras (Leporinus, Anastomus, Abramites, Chalceus, Pricholodus are all good), gymnotids (larger more predatory ones, black ghost, brown ghost, banded knifefish), Caecilians, South American Puffers. I have kept them all with silver dollars and have done well.

It maybe easier to upgrade to a bigger tank. Then rehome the silver dollars. Then you can try some other fish too...
I wish I had enough room for another tank. Lol I might just end up returning these to my store and just let go of the worries right now before they get to big.
