A clamp on fan or open glass tops work great. Clip it on the wet dry blowing into the water

As I stated earlier in the thread I had my wife open the glass lids(wood canopy cover stayed closed) and unplugged the heaters. Left the tank alone for a week and when I checked on it today it was at 71.5* about 1 hour after the lights turned off. Fish seem fine but I'm thinking that's a tad bit low. Closed the glass lids and will have my wife check the temp tomorrow. Depending on how that affects temp I may just plug in one heater and see what happens

Yea. Like I stated on my first post. The glass lids hold in a great amount of heat and it also doesn't evaporate the tank as fast as open top. Also if you decide to leave the top open with the canopy I'd have the inside of the canopy sealed with a weather/water proof paint because the humidity will slowly cause the wood to go bad.
