Tanks and maybe some filters, driftwood, and rocks may be for sale after the fish are gone.

This is Sue's other half... Had to step in on this. Mechanical/ HVAC engineering is what I do. Something is not right here. Let me ask some more questions, so I can respond with what I think the problem is. When you say significant affect on A/C -does the Temperature in your rooms meet the setpoint of your thermostat? Or, does the humidity just seem high to you? Do you leave your aquarium heaters on in the summer? Do you have tops on your aquariums? Can you measure the discharge temp off the fan coil and of air and Temp. of the space for me and let me know? You can just use one of your aquarium thermometers for this, just let it have some time respond before you read temp. Best to use the same thermometer for both discharge air Temp and room Temp.
