Position your mouse over your picture file and "right click".

Select "open with" and choose MS Paint.

      Click on "Image".

      Click on "Stretch/Skew".

In the Stretch section, reduce the amount to 50% on both Vertical and Horizontal.

      Click "OK"

"Save as" choose another name or add to the existing.... ex. picture.jpg to picture_1.jpg.

You should be able to post the picture after doing this.

                              Mzungu,

The fish does have the head pointed downward most of the time.  The white parts on the fins on the one in your link are red/ orange on my unknown fish.  The color of the body is more subdued that the one in the link.  The overall shape of the fish is very similar.  My fish is around 5 inches in length as best I can tell.  Its a shy fish.
