    I am with everyone here wondering what a wonderful colorful fish you have there.  I take it, its some sort of catfish with a sucker mouth or I am wondering if its more like a Chinese sucker fish that is just a different color coat ?

      well he know's what he is....and i am sure it doesn't matter really.....he'd probably swell up big time with pride if he knew he had so many making such a fuss over him....and spot i'd fight ya for him...

        No lie, I was thinking the exact same thing. This has to be one of the the few fish that looks like it can be hugged.

              Looks like it may be a fat chinese algae eater (Gyrinocheilus aymonieri) with interesting markings. Very pretty!

                    He eats the Aquadine Shrimp & Plankton Mini-stick and Aquadine DuraDisk Sinking Wafer right now.  He really eats anything that sinks.  :)  He's always been...um...big-boned.

                      Never.  He's very mild.  Surprisingly mild.  He just hangs out.  He's in with a Frontosa colony, a Venustus, a Compressiceps, a Giraffe Catfish, 3 clown loaches, and never gives anyone problems.
