    LOL, I was just thinking of those "balloon" fish such as mollies, rams, etc.....maybe he's a "balloon algae eater" He's adorable!

      Okay, you'all have done it now!  

      I am SO not this girl, but you are all making me want to dress him up in little fish clothes, call him Piglet, and carry him around town in a little tote bag.    

      I'm so embarrassed that I even had that thought.   8O

        He's comfortable in his scales and we support him as long as he is happy. We don't judge, he's been through enough and we try to build him up along with the other Foster Fish we have. :)  He is one of the members of our Home for wayward fish that we took in as he was about to end up on the streets.

            "Those are some mighty thick scales on that algae eater."

                    yeah, guygeek is real protective of our fish.  This wasn't the first time our fish have been called fat.     In fact, on more than one occasion, we've taken juvies in for store credit and the people go, "Dang...you have fat fish!"  

                    Now I have to leave guygeek in the car or he starts challenging people to meet him out by the flagpole at 3pm.

                        Hey now, if you name him piglet, I'll have to meet you at the flagpole myself, and you better have guygeek there to help defend you cause I'll sure open the biggest can of Seal Whoopa$$ I can find on you in order to defend your button-nosed beauty's honor!   :axe:

                        Besides, you'll give him a complex, then FPS will certainly show up at your door!  

                        He would look cute in a little fishie pouch tho...  Geez, can't believe I thought that too!

                        I'm sure glad he's in 'geekers' possession now - he's so amicable someone surely would have taken advantage of him out on the streets.  He's got that innocent, trusting look that so many with ill intent prey upon...  I love the way he watches you from his little slate perch, and how he walks around on his dorsal fins, kinda like a goby.  Makes him so much more adorable.

                        People have called my cats fat - then I point out to them "They're NOT fat, they're 'fluffy'!"  Although, I can't see calling a fish fluffy...
