I have a tank with just fish, water and sand and they don't seem to mind it because they're breeding in it LOL. IMO decorations are overrated in African Cichlid tanks. I would also like to add that even with all the disasters I've gone through, it's mostly been fun and games for me still. The minute it seizes to be is when you'll see me leave the hobby.
