Just put some fry of my Geo in the tank and still waiting for the pump for the barrel filter by Thursday. will update final fish in the tank very soon ( hopefully by Sunday) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DRCpZ...m-upload_owner

that is some major filtration. Probably have more gallons of water in just the filter barrels than most people do in their fish tanks.

The only thing I can think of is that you'll have to insulate those barrels very well if not you'll never be able to keep your tanks warm in the winter.

Sunny, you are right about the insulate the barrels. I will build a box with insulate around the barrels. thank you Sunny. I have lava rock fill off the first barrel and I try the bioball with air pump for the second barrel but I need about 10 galon more bio ball (cost too much). any idea for the second and last barrel please help.

You could use pot scrubbers like AndrewB used in his overhead wet dry. I think he bought them at tree dollar store

Hung, I use the plastic pot scrubbers. they are cheep and work well. Also I like that I can over fill my Wet/dry sump with them and use them to pre-cyc. my other fry tanks.
