Help me ID this shark...

I rescued 2 of these today... I was told they were once saltwater... but we turned freshwater.. which they were in when i got them and I have them in now.. they were in really bad conditions and I was glad to get them out of that tank.. worst i've ever seen...  wasn't cleaned for over a year... no water changes... adding chlorinated tap water to the tank... it was bad...

Can anyone ID them for me? They are about 13"-14" long...

yep, they are iridescent sharks.. aka catfish... lol sweet lil fishies... they are doing well in their new tank... they must be trippin in clean water... let me pet them on the nose...

Seen a much smaller version of this at Petsmart last night.....they called it a catfish of some sort

these guys are doing well, happy... mike at mike's tropical expressed interest in having them in his 300g display... gonna talk to him and see if they can go live there... thanks guys/gals for the help
