  • White worms in tank

I have several white looking worms swimming around. Maybe 6 that I can count a few millimeters big. What are these?

Is it harmful or will the fish just eat the worms

They're harmless but usually are an indication of over feeding so you may want to cut back on how much you feed at a time.

Most likely planaria. I have seen one or two in my plant tank. They are harmless, but as BeefyG said, generally state over feeding. You can scoop them out with a fine net for brine shrimp or something. just be careful not to pinch them as they can separate and you would have two worms
