Can I add fish

I have
2 small rusty chichlids
2 small blue dolphin cichlids
5 small yellow lab cihlids
1 gold severum
1 firemouth cichlid
And 1 jewal cichlid

I was wondering if I could add one 3 inch ob peacock and 1 small frontosa.

How big is you tank? With all the african cichlids you have adding More should not be a prob. but You have one SA. and one CA. The Severum (SA.) will get very large. The Firemouth (CA.) will not be able to keep up with the Africans.
IMO: those 2 will not be very happy and maybe killed by the others.

IMO it depends on your setup and how many territories are available. i have kept firemouths with africans before without problems as long as the firemouths are in the tank first and are bigger. the firemouths are not as aggressive as africans and could get bullied when the africans mature. you just needs to keep a close watch for ripped fins or stress. even the jewel may be undersized. peacocks can be aggressive and as troy said your severum will get large. the frontosa will also get large

i usually go by the "1 inch of fish per gallon" rule. just plan ahead on how big your fish will get. the amount of filtration will also dictate how many fish you can add and if you can handle a higher than normal bio-load for a 55 gal tank.
