Here are some sucky pictures but you get the idea....

It's a sw puffer, valentini puffer. So far he is really well mannered to all the corals and other inhabitants....bought some tiny hermits and snails from Charles/FishRanch hoping he would eat them but so far he only eats NLS.

He's more curious then a biter.....he floats around whatever catches his attention at the moment and just hovers in circles checking it out....eventually he loses interest then swims to the next item.

I really want a big cruncher puffer.... :(

Almost made the drive up to Dallas to get that MBU that went for dirt cheap but didn't and really regret it...

Lineatus/ Fahaka get pretty big (18"). Scotts Fahaka eats a 5" crawfish in about 2 seconds.

                        Re: Photos of Frank

Yeah I love how they can crunch snails and such....saw an awesome video on youtube of a MBU ripping the tops off of a snail's shell and sucking him out the top!

Last time NASH was at Fish Gallery we got the guys there to throw in this massive crawfish into the giant display tank for the big MBU in there to eat....they squared off for quite some time but the cray's life was cut short.

                            Re: Photos of Frank

I have lots of 2-3" Haustrum snails that im breeding as food. He attacks the 'cone' end of the snail first and sucks them through a self-made back door.

I dont know if im over feeding him. He eats 2 rosie reds (1.5" each) and a 1" snail everyday. Sometimes i substitute the rosie reds for a cube of frozen bloodworms. His belly shows to be full, but not overfull, so im assuming hes eating just the right amount.

Is it in a FOWLR tank or are there corals in there too?
