I went by the Walmart on 35 just north of Pearland today and they had spotted green puffers for $4.48. They were about an inch long and looked very healthy.

I have 4 of these little guys I can't tell them apart yet except for Moe. Dwarf Puffers in a 29 Gallon.
Their names are Eeny, Meeny Miney & Moe
This is Selena my newest Puffer, she is in a 125 Gallon with two Green Spotted Puffers.
Here is a photo of all 3 in the 125 gallon tank. On the left is Selena (porcupine puffer) on the top right we have Cheech, on the bottom right we have Chong. We call them Cheech & Chong because they are a little green around the gills. This was Selena's first day in the tank and they were keeping an eye on her. You can see from their bellies they just ate.
Thanks, I just got her wed. at Aquarium world. She's doing really good. Very active and quite funny. I love that picture you have gt3guru.
That is is just about the sweetest thing. Everyone has some really great looking puffers. I just love those guys and I would love to have one of
each. lol.
how long have you had him?...they tell me that the bigger they get then you have to have them in brackish?......sorry for so many questions....i am setting up a tank for one of the little guys myself....just want to make sure i get it right for him/her......
I heard the same thing. And we might do that, but I don't really want to. We'll see how it goes. If they start acting 'off', we'll definitely go brackish. We're playing it by ear at the moment.
I think a puffer is a perfect fish for you! So much personality, I can't help but go in a hang out with them and just talk.
