Filtration question

Was looking for an affordable canister filter for a 20 long (College student) and came across this. My question is would the GPH be enough? Ok Canister filter? The 20 long will become a planted tank.

It says nano. I think 20 gallon is a little bigger than nano. I would try to get a used one from here. Something like an eheim 2215 or 2217. I may have a small canister I could sell for $30.
