Starting a 56 gallon this week and don't know what to go with I've had both but seem to have only found nice fronts for sale so was wondering if I could get some input I've have trophs before chimbas,illangis, accetens, moops,rainbows,but only had Burundi

IMO. With only a 56 gallon Frontosa are out. I would go with something smaller.

Forgot to mention they would be fry fronts I was offered some at 30.00 a piece

I like milks but they take forever to grow and a 56 g will hold til 6 months or less
id go with some troph frys

If it were me I would go with a small troph colony but that's me.

Actually ive noticed that Cyphos can grow pretty quick the first 6 months or so, after that it's pretty slow going.
They can live to the ripe old age of 25 so i guess they have time on their side.
The 56G would be OK for a while but then you would need a 6 footer...
