Ok, so I seriously contemplating selling my 90 bowfront freshwater setup and livestock. I am pretty much 75% sure I want to, however the part that is killing me and holding me back is that I know I am going to take a lose of $ on this tank. So, my thoughts are to maybe post up to trade for a saltwater whole setup. The last thing I want to do is to part out the system. So stay tuned....will be getting a list together of everything and trying to put a price on it all. Bad part is the aquarium, stand, and canopy are a setup from fish gallery, so that was a $2k cost that I would be surprised if I could get $800 for...

Saltwater and freshwater are two different worlds. I prefer to have both. If you really don't want to take a giant loss you could convert your system to saltwater, or just keep your 90g and stalk fish box/craigslist for a good deal on a saltwater setup. There was a 90g for 300 the other day including lights, skimmer, and sump. If your gonna give away your FW make sure you are 100% sure and have no regrets.

Thanks. Yea I love my saltwater tank now, but really want a bigger setup for a nice reef tank. I am a little on the fence still, considering all the equipment. I was going to keep my setup and convert but I don't want to drill it, want one pre drilled from factory. Also want an acrylic tank this time. Ugh choices choices.

I'm selling a 125 that is drilled for 2 canister filters because i run freshwater. You could easily convert it to saltwater just with hoses and a sump. Check out my post. I live in fall creek in Humble so i shouldn't be to far from you if your location is Kingwood. Come look at it some time to see if its something you'd be interested in.The price is $550. It's not acrylic but i don't fancy acrylic on a saltwater because they scratch way to easy. When that Coraline gets on your glass and you make a wrong move with your razor there goes your glass man. Plus the sand will scratch the bottom up real bad. My tanks is pretty good condition and has space for a massive sump should you choose.
