I like to believe that the fish chose me in a way, maybe it's just my own sense of vanity, but I kinda like to think that when the fish sensed me, and who I was, the fish intentionally displayed itself for me in an attempt to catch my eye......

Because Discus, Apistos and Rams are a challenge to keep happy and healthy especially given Houston high PH and hardness water parameters.Comment

Sorry, I don't know much about predatory fish...
I keep mostly Tanganyikan cichlids in large groups because I enjoy watching how they interact with other members of the same species. Plus, I don't have to mess with the water chemistry. I do have a group of turquoise rainbows in a planted tank as well. Once again, its all about watching how different members of the group interact.Scarecrow : I haven't got a brain... only straw.
