There were a few defunct and non-active groups like the Houston Planted club, TAKO (Texas Area Killifish Organization) which is still active, but only get a few odd posts and we share them via the other clubs. There are a few more SW and other stuff clubs, those are the ones I keep up with and stay active really

I did indeed, but just so they were aware who I was. I get a lot asking who I am on HFB as its a screen name I've used for awhile

Looks like everyone else put great info up on this thread already, so I will just stick with welcome to the Box!

Many places do sell good scaping materials. I went to Champion Stone yesterday for the rocks in my next planted tank. Lots of choices and good prices. For driftwood many places have it. ADG has great pieces, but they are a far drive for me. Fish Gallery has a wide variety too. Both have a good plant selections

People on here are also pretty generous at meetings with plant clippings is requested
