Ideas for 20g Tall

I currently have an emptied, cycled 20g tall that I am looking to do something with. It is filtered with an eheim 2217. Does anyone have any suggestions. I was thinking about doing 1 small aggressive fish, like a little puffer. It would have to be totally fresh water though.

the light is weak, I don't really want to change/add any more equipment. it already has gravel in the bottom
