Your water parameters are fine for discus.

From the pics, looks to me like peppering. I used to breed PB's and i have found that for some individuals, the peppering comes and goes. Peppering does not necessarily mean that the discus is inferior. IMO there are more important characteristics in judging a quality discus.

From the pics, it seems like the peppering is very mild.

I have found however that the pepper is less obvious in BB and lightly colored tanks.

Unless they appear stressed with clamped fins, hiding and dark overall complexion, they should be fine.

btw.. i have a feeling that your "other blue fish" in the pic is not a blue diamond.

Yes... He/she is not a blue diamond we just got he/she a couple days ago. The blue diamond I have is 3x as big as the one in the picture. We are not sure what the one in the pic is yet.

They seem to be fine and not stressed. I was just wondering about the black spots because the new one did not have them to begin with and it didn't start until a couple days of being in the tank with the others. I'm just going to wait and see what happens.

            Thanks for all the help

Amber that kind of peppering is nothing to worry about.
They were raised in a bare bottom tank & never seen plants until now.
To me they look very happy with their surroundings.

Glad to see that you are worried over that.
It does say your going to be a great parent to them.
