Happy Dance!!!

I have two kenyi that are turning a nice shade of yellow WOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOo
I did lose one kenyi out of the 10 ry I bought from Mike (originally from CF and FL).  So as of right now, I have 7 females and 2 males in a tank with two bala sharks, 6 pink convicts, two small red devils, and a brown knife I only manage to see every couple of weeks or so.  This is in my 55 and they appear very very happy.  With caves and fake driftwood, they only cluster together for food and other than that they swim casually around the tank.  So.... it IS possible with time to have males "appear" *happy dance".  Pics soon!

They have made babies once...and every so often one appears..... next brood I see, I may scoop up and put them into their own tank.  I have quite a few pair in the 29half hex but I still can't tell who is paired with whom and since they mate for life, I don't want to grab the wrong pair lol.

I just saw big daddy in the buffalohead tank chasing off other fish.  I followed him back to his resting spot and as I peered into the area...I saw not one... not two...but at least 13 more baby buffaloheads.  I only see 4 from the other pair... but 13 are being guarded by big daddy.  *dancing*
