Looking for a place to get bulk frozen beefheart and bloodworms

Hey guys!

I'm trying to find larger quantities of frozen beefheart and bloodworm for a good price. I've done lots of research but can't decide what is the best bang for my buck.

Does anyone here buy frozen food online? If so, where!? I can't decide if I should just buy a bunch of smaller packages or go with a larger one. What do you suggest?

It is easy to find bulk freeze-dried blood worms on the Internet. My fish readily eat them. I don't know anyone who sells beefheart...actually, I didn't think people used it any more. You can find a lot of references to frozen beefheart in Tropical Fish Hobbyist in the last century...

fiesta sells beef heart.you have to trim the fat off.throw meat in blender filled with water.chop it up.pour into ziplocks,freeze.biggest bang for buck.stay away from the fiesta on 529,its mine.

I've never heard of feeding steak, and it also sounds quite expensive. Plus itd be hard for me to purchase any kind of steak and not consume it. Ha!

My Moba frontosa love round beef steak, the same meat they use for PHO if you are familiar with Vietnamese food.
What fish do you feed the beef heart?

So glad this thread was made; I called a couple meat suppliers near me and neither had beef heart, so I'll try dropping in a Fiesta soon. Hoping to get some baby discus!

It would be Discus, prob? I feed my Discus beef heart. Yes the Fiesta at 529 has in but like JH said it's my place to get it.

Mostly Oscars, but I also have a red jewel that refuses to eat anything besides beef heart. I've tried numerous pellets, brine, worm, and live.

If you can get calves heart its not a tough and easier to grind.. Just a suggestion.

I'm guessing it will foul/cloud the water pretty bad since it is all ground up?
