Looking for a place to get bulk frozen beefheart and bloodworms

It actually doesn't as much as you'd think. The babies are starting to get fairly big, and i'll defrost a beefheart cube for each of them and spot feed along with bloodworms. I'm sure some could go for more than a single cube, but I've got a problem with overfeeding and I've been limiting the amount of frozen I do. Usually, they just eat the entire thing in a bite and then go to town on the bloodworms, so it doesn't really have a chance to cloud up the water. It's just expensive in the store and I'd rather get it in bulk rather than having to buy it every few days.

Ask the guys behind the meat counter at the grocery store to order it. You may get stuck paying close to 100 bucks as they have to order a case. Not just one or two hearts.
Trim all the fat off. I made flat packs by grinding it up, but was unhappy with it as it was too fine in size. Later found an article where a guy would freeze heart after trimming, the used a cheese grater to make pieces bigger to make it easier to feed. Just take heart and rub it on grater over tank. When done feeding heart went back into freezer. Far less messy.

Fish gallery, and some petsmarts have carried the cubes in the past. Easier to mess with IMO

Beef hearts nutritional value is it's protein. That's what makes it good for Fry. but they still need other vitamins and minerals in their diet to be healthy. I feed a lot of different foods. To make sure my fish get everything they need to be healthy and happy.
