Shipping Fish to Hawaii. Anybody done it?

Someone in Hawaii wants me to ship him some fish.
I know the Hawaii Dept. of Agriculture are pretty strict with the importation of live animals and that they have very specific procedures to do so.

Does anyone here have any experience with this at all?
