  • Adopt a Tank!

    Fellow Boxers,

I have a request which may sound strange but I'm giving this a shoot. I have a tank that is in need of maintenance. It's a custom 190 gallon corner bow front that house several cichlids. The tank was donated to us by a donor and have been running for about 8 months. I don't have the time to maintain it since I have several large projects going on.

What I'm looking for is someone who can volunteer their time once a month to maintenance the tank. I have several ladies in the building who is feeding the fish but I need water changes to be done once a month.

I cannot pay but I will try to compensate in some fashion.

I need to have the tank ready for the start of school.

Where is the tank?  Also, how long would you need this to be done?

I'm assuming this tank is downtown... at Texas Southern University.

Scarecrow: I don't know... But some people without brains do an awful lot of talking... don't they?
Dorothy: Yes, I guess you're right.

The tank is located at Texas Southern University. I guess if I could get a few people to give up a month or two I should have enough until I get my projects wiped clear!

well i used to be a psychologist but in the us id have to go back to school for years to do it again
it was a low grade mental health type job... the thing that sucked was that i had to fork out $300
to get my qualifications verified to say they were from acredited places it came through after 3
months wait and they appointed someone just before as they couldnt wait :(

im thinking of a career change, anyone seen any jobs going in lfs :)
