      Update to Saturday night....

Management just call and gave me a no bill...No lease violation since my neighbors and I came to a settlement $50.00 and a bottle of patron  :?  Plus, I have been given the right  to drain out my window (he he).

As for my next door and across the hall neighbors....glad I'm not them!

It was so important to tell us three times?

I feel for your downstairs neighbors windows if your draining out the window?  You going to clean their windows?

Must be using the cell phone again.  That's great news. Glad you don't have to drain your tanks permanently.

Naah I know how Derek will exhaust his water out.  He will get a separate Eheim 1262 pump and the water will sprout long distance when it exits the window :)  like a firehose :) :) :)
He will be learning to drain his tank in 20 minutes.

Delock you could've just told your downstairs neighbor that it was raining outside and accidently flooded in. lol. But sorry to hear about your incident. you need some rest after the clean up.

Been there, done that. We were wade fishing and all I could do to relieve the pain was go sit in warmer water up by the bank, it didn't help at all. At least it wasn't a man-o-war or a stingray.
