discus forum?

Last week I messaged the box to start a discus forum. And do to the fact I haven't heard back from him I figured if I start this thread and every one that's interested puts in their 2 cents about wanting one maybe we will get one.

I'm guessing there isn't a discus forum the same reason that there isn't a Tanganyikan forum. In order to avoid creating a myriad of forums, it would probably be best to keep to a few, and place relevant topics inside. I would put all discus threads inside the Central / South American Cichlid section.

There are many of us here who have Discus but generally post any Discus related topics in the South and Central American Cichlid forum.  If they were to start making individual forums for every flavor of fish we'd have more forums than topics.

Generally, if I have a question or concern about Discus I will first post in South and Central American Chiclids here and if I don't resolve the issue I will go to a species specific site like Simply Discus

If you do have have a question on Discus, you can also PM any of our expert Discus keepers.  wvgdiscus (Walter), gulfcoastdiscus (Dan) and wesleydnunder (Mark) are all experienced Discus keepers.
