So I went today and picked up my new aquarium. It is 84"x16"x24". I have already cut out all of the old sealant and am about to go to lowe's and pick up the necesities for the tank. Me and my girlfriend have primed the stand and will be putting the first coat of black on it this evening. should be ready by the end of the weekend. Lighting is going to be interesting on a 7ft. tank. Im thinking of two 36" fixtures just with a foot of tank not being illuminated.

A pair of 36" fixtures would work, just space them out to where there is an equal gap on each end and you should have good coverage overall.Comment
