If they were all under 2-3" I would say add them all at one time and what you end up with alive is what will work.....anything larger and not at the same time is probably gonna get killed.

You picked probably the meanest SOBs out there and are putting then into a small tank.....

      Re: opinions please

EK is right.  All all the fishes you picked are monster!

I'm assuming the flowerhorn you are getting is big because when small you can't tell how good they are going to turn out. With that being said, any tank mate smaller than the flowerhorn will be killed or eaten.

But like EK said, if you are getting them small it might work. Good luck and keep us updated.
I ate my fish that died.

          Don't forget guppies.....
they may not last long but you get to buy more every week.
'Dear Lord,' the minister began, with arms extended toward heaven and a rapturous look on his upturned face. 'Without you, we are but dust ...'
He would have continued but at that moment my very obedient daughter who was listening leaned over to me and asked quite audibly in her shrill little four-year old girl voice, 'Mom, what is butt dust?'

Has the tank been cycled? IMO that seems pretty soon to be stocking your tank with large cichlids, if it hasn't.

What are the facts? Again and again and again--what are the facts? Shun wishful thinking, ignore devine revelation, forget what "the stars foretell", avoid opinion, care not what the neighbors think, never mind the unguessable "verdict of history"--what are the facts, and to how many decimal places? You pilot always into an unknown future; facts are your only clue.
