We are all okay.  Went over 18 hours with no power and house was damaged (mainly roof and water damage) but haven't lost any fish.  We were lucky enough to get power back not to long ago - AC feels great!!  I hope everyone is safe.

My power just came back on (8pm) it had been off since 3:42am here.  I have minor damage, lots of shingles blown off and a couple of small leaks in the living room roof by the fireplace.  The good thing is it only leaks when it's raining  :wink: .  No damage to my house in the Heights, but Larry (right across the street in the Heights) was not so lucky.  Three tree tops crashed through his roof and his house is now unliveable.  All my fish did well, I sure was glad to see that ceiling fan start turning   .

I'm alive, which unfortunately is not the case with most of my fish. The power went off at 2 am this morning, the apartment complex sustained much damage, there is a leak in the ceiling above my bed, and despite the water changes and battery operated air pumps, I started having fish die off left and right. I am at a friend's house in Austin. I left today around 4 pm when I saw that braes bayou was flowing in the opposite directing again and was threatening to flood again. Not sure when I will be back, but being in my apartment with no power, ac, internet, tv, phone signal of any kind (including cell), and having my fish die off left and right was bad for my mental health. Hope everyone else is ok.  8)

We're here. Had roof damage, a wing wall is leaning and a tree down on Traci's Mom's car but we're all safe and have power and water.

Power went out at 8:30pm and back on around 9:50pm -- after that a couple of very small power blips and I have had power and AC since then without a problem.
Status of fish : All survived no problem -- My Nanochromis Parilus even took their kids out of the breeding cave today to explorer around and get food.  There are about 30+ young.   My leleupi looked like they are ready again to breed..  who knows.
I lost an Eheim 2213 to the storm -- the torque of the power turning off and on several times broke the impeller, and I will need to replace it.
Should be ready to have it online again by Monday night.
Damage : I lost my fake plastic window shutter (its screwed into the wall and does not close) -- The neighbors trampoline is in my back yard..  it will need to be returned tomorrow I am thinking, and I need to nail a couple of boards back up on the fence where the trampoline flew over..  Again super minor.
Outside in my neighborhood : It looks like a strong thunderstorm went though.. nothing else.

12 hours with no power, no damage other than some small trees in yard. Lost one Brichardi. I was worried about the tropheus for a while, I did not have any battery operated pumps or anything.

Kris here.  No power - damaged apartment.  worried about the fish.  Have been trying to aerate by agitating the water, but have no battery operated air pumps.  Need to get some of those :(

WE are safe and blessed w/ a very good generator so "it's all good".
 don't know when the power will be back on.    we will be lookin for diesel tomorrow.
lots of tree damage all over and on fences.   our whole area has powerlines affected by trees in 90% of the properties.   could be awhile.
no worries as the people and pets are fine.  v.

Here on 45 north before the belt.....no power but drunk!

Fish are all good thanks to the Tunze. I have been without power since who knows.

I have been sleeping in the car and everything on ice and invertors just in case this last longer then anticipated the generator is last resort.

Spoke with alexa and she is alright.....saving people being as good hearted as she is but david is no where to be found.

not much damage around my area. No electricity & almost no water. since saturday 2 AM.
I'm left to austin last night to my sister's place.
No dead fish so far. I was running 2 battery airpump the whole time on my 125.

well by scooping buckets of water in and out of the tanks to aggitate the water and a small battery powered airpump on my 110.  all are alive.  power was out for about 13 hrs

Geoff_tropheus is okay.

He now has power.  He asked me to pass the word that he has marine batteries and D Cell batteries.  He's in Pasadena and if anyone needs help, please let us know and we will get the info to him.  His cell service is jacked up, so you may not be able to reach him by phone.
