I guess no noodler how brave he is would like to put his hand in those jaws. I think you missed the last pic.

Re: man eating catfish
I've attempted to noodle before. My dad has noodled since he was a kid (and he's got the scars to prove it).
I stuck my hand in a hole and I almost fainted. All that I could keep thinking is that it would be just my luck to be sticking my hand in an alligator hole and not a catfish hole. So, I got really white and fainty...and my dad let me out.
Oddly, Alannah (my twin sister) is really into it. No qualms at all. She just lets the fish basically eat her hand and pulls them out.
It's no fun to do but funny to watch. Especially because every time one of them bites Alannah, she screams some profanity. LMAO. Makes me giggle (as evil as that is).Help support (C)atfish (A)nd (K)ool Pleco's; Houston's premier fish club

Re: man eating catfish
Bull Sharks give birth in fresh/ brackish water and one was caught on a fishing pole in St. Louis Missouri and their is another rare mostly unknown family of shark that lives in fresh water. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glyphis http://www.elasmo-research.org/conse...ver_sharks.htm
Theirs freshwater sting rays why wouldn't their be freshwater sharks.
