    Re: Betta Imbellis

I'm thinking of getting 2 pairs of the giant plakat.  I wondered how much is the total shipping cost from Thailand to Houston?

    Thanks
-125 gallons: 1 SR Arowana, 1 red tail giant gouramy, 1 Giraffe Catfish.

-55 gallons: 18 clown loaches, 28 corydoras, 2 golden algae eaters, 3 moonlight gouramies, 6 tiger barbs.

Fantasybettas does not sell giant pIakats. The shipping for my fish from Linda to me was Either Express Mail for a next morning delivery, or Priority Mail for a 2 to 3 day delivery . . Your costs will be as follows:  Express Mail - Import $2.40 / Handling @ $2 per fish $8 / Shipping box $5 /  Heat Pack $2 / Express Delivery  $35 /  Total $47.20. Your totals for Priority Mail will be : $18 /  Total $35.40.

I paid $35.40 for shipping from Linda Olson to my house. From the seller to Linda the cost of shipping was $24 Over sea S/H [4fishes ... $6 ea.]. My total shipping cost from seller to my doorstep was: $69.40.

          Good luck!
          Scarecrow : I haven't got a brain... only straw.
Dorothy : How can you talk if you haven't got a brain?
Scarecrow: I don't know... But some people without brains do an awful lot of talking... don't they?
Dorothy: Yes, I guess you're right.

Thanks!  :)  The low pressure is coming through tonight so I will let the female out of her jar later on this evening.

Card them and fatten them up.
They didn't get anything to eat during the week they were shipped so it will take a couple of weeks to get them back in top form.

The nice thing about having 2 pair is you can mix & match.
'Dear Lord,' the minister began, with arms extended toward heaven and a rapturous look on his upturned face. 'Without you, we are but dust ...'
He would have continued but at that moment my very obedient daughter who was listening leaned over to me and asked quite audibly in her shrill little four-year old girl voice, 'Mom, what is butt dust?'

Okay, I will do that. Can I feed them maggets?

Yes,  when the fruit flys get into my MicroWorm cultures I feed all the larva (maggets) to my adult bettas.

I drop them in and they sink, but they never make it to the bottom.
