Got a problem with my severums

the three that have died looked as though their scales were falling of of them all around their head. I should have taken a pic of the dead ones, but i already flushed them. the 3 remaining ones look(for now) to be fine, but only time will tell. If they start to show the same signs, I(or my brother) will post a pic of it.

yeah, as a reputable store, they should never have sold the fish in the condition they were in in the first place, they were obviously sick!
i know when i worked at ultimate fish, we depended on repeat customers.
and would never have sold any fish that had an obvious illness!
espescially an entire group!
word spreads quickly on the foums, and that is not a good thing in this case, also, its just morally wrong and is a VERY BAD business practice!

if i was the owner, i would refund your purchase or atleast give store credit in the amount of what the 6 sevies were sold for.
i have never even been to this fish gallery store, but just hearing this makes me not want to do business with them.

i think the other ones will be okay. we were gonna take em back, but my brother had a pleco that died within 24hrs and they basically said, "sorry, but no refunds". dont get me wrong, the store is very clean and usually they have excellent fish, we just got unlucky this time.
