I knew some people that kept Discus in hex tanks..90 gallons and bigger.

Discus need the height more then width.

I have a 45 gallon hex and have 6 3"-4" discus in there with a few cory cats and im gonna add some cardinal tetra's. I thought that was way to many discus in there but Dan from HAW suggested I put that many cause they would be more comfortable. and sure enough, after two weeks of being in their new home, they will eat bloodworms right out of my hand. I will be moving them in a taller/wider tank as they get bigger though
