From a LFS expect to pay $1 - $2.50 ea ---- Fish Gallery is the only LFS that I know that currently has them.
Individuals - .50 - $1 each ---- go to the Buy/Sell/Trade forum and ask for some. Plenty of members on here have some.

I know Houston Aquatics has them for sale in one of their guppy tanks and I believe they also have some CRS as well, not sure about the prices though.In the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is king.
