Tim (armthehomeless) will probably identify this guy. My guess would be a Tiger shrimp, but I am no expert.

      +1

Where did you get your cherries from? Chances are the breeder kept cherries and tigers in the same tank since they shouldn't interbreed.
      Scarecrow : I haven't got a brain... only straw.
Dorothy : How can you talk if you haven't got a brain?
Scarecrow: I don't know... But some people without brains do an awful lot of talking... don't they?
Dorothy: Yes, I guess you're right.

I think it is because of their appearance being so different from each other that they are not attracted. This is true with certain fish like tropheus, some will cross breed and some may not when they are very different in appearance.

They wont breed because they are both different genus. RCS is to Neocaridina as Tiger is to caridina

It looks like a Wild Neocaridina Heteropoda Female to me. I have a male in my cherry shrimp tank. Sometimes, you just end up with a shrimp that returns to wild type coloration. If you would like to maintain the red coloration, I would suggest finding another tank for that shrimp to stay in.

That's what my gut reaction also.
But if you really want to be sure, you need to take a picture of the rostrum i.e it's spiny "nose".

Thanks everyone. The best possible match goes with Neocaridina Heteropoda. Bcoz I have some Neocaridina Heteropoda Red also in another tank that perfect match to the images found in Google.

                      Thanks.
