Choco. Tylo skin variation?

I got a group of 5 from the same source but one before the other 4 and noticed today while revamping the tank soley for them and saw a slight variation.

The first, "Eli" has no splotches or spots or anything, he's a smoothed skinned looking dark skin fella(lady?).

Gave them some privacy, dimmed the lights and threw a blanket over the tank with a lil barry playing.

All of my baby chocolate tylos have dark shells. I'm to look at the skin a little better once I get off work.

The shape of the shell looks right, but like Tim said, my baby chocolates all have dark shells.

The shell is empty, something ate it so it might have been.

My empty tylo shells look like that. There is also variation on the skin of the adults.
