indoor shrimp pond?

I was at lowes today and my wondering eye happened to see the lil black ponds. Got my mind thinking and wondering if anyone has done an indoor pond for shrimp. Pretty sure this has been but, I think i'd like to give this a go. seems simple enough.

The tall rubbermaid tubs would work better, the depth allows for less footprint taken up but volume wise I think it's about 100g.

I've always wanted to try but with my bulldog it would turn to a giant mess.

i know what you're talking about and those things are about 4' i think? I like the preformed shells more to be honest just for the fact of the scape on it and same reason as the dog too haha. If anything I could have it sitting one a wooden stand or box that has been cut for it to fit perfectly and have it like maybe 3' high or so.

hmmm I'll have to look into it. I think i'll just try the 50 gallon one from lowes because it's cheaper anyways and I think my grandparents have one they're not using I was thinking of running an eheim 2213 or 2. Maybe run a t5 strip hanging across.

i found the right links and it took me to this with different shapes and sizes so i might change my 50 to something bigger!

if you go to the bottom theres a maccourt 8 gallon attachment which could make a pretty cool waterfall effect. maybe put the ehime output in that part and let it flow into the main part? be cool idea.

wow they are little pricey, i tho they would be cheap. my girl wants gold fish on my tanks so hell to the no. i told her i would get her a pond but seen them i am changin my mind.
