You could also write a very terrific thank you for the shrimp that borders on 'criticizing'. Show pics and tell her how happy you were about all the blondes you received and about how you appreciate the heads up about the infection 2 days after putting them in your tank. Mention you have only lost 25% of the ones she shipped you. Talk about how you've had them for days in your tank and can't wait till they all turn deep dark blue like the ones in her pics. Everyone will be able to read between the lines and a great reveiw like that will go far in making her clean up her act without actually saying anything bad or negative. Its just the truth and she can be proud of her stoick and practices...
I'll agree somethng is affecting them, but inverts are tough to diagnos and lacking her parameters (especially from an independent source) it is nearly impossible to guess as to its nature. It could be temp, water quality, an introduced pathogen (bacterial or viral), food source, pollutant. The list is really long and impossible to isolate...
