I know they turn a reddish or oranrish color befor they molt. It may have gone in to shock. If it couldn't find a safe place to do it...
How long have you had the shrimp?

just a few weeks

it would depend on their size / age. i bought mine fully grown and they molt every couple of months.

ah, i see! that might certainly also be the case, lol. i guess once they figure out that food comes from a spot, they will just camp out and wait for it...

yes they are back up by the powerhead now, their previous spot is getting less flow now so they moved. i need to clean that filter lol

I was trying to bring them today but was left with no car or truck. but you are welcome to pick them up any time...

but then i have to find the time to drive to katy... your babies are getting bigger, they look like tiny fish now, almost 1/2 inch
